这个系统是根据《联邦储备法》于1913年12月23日成立的。美联储的核心管理机构是美国联邦储备委员会。

美联储是什么性质？

一、美联储加息是什么？

美联储加息是指联邦储备系统管理委员会在华盛顿召开议息会议后，决定货币政策的调整，上调联邦基金利率。

简单的说，加息是一种紧缩型货币政策，美联储通过加息来应对当前的经济。

二、美联储加息会怎样？

一般加息可以提高银行利息，从而减少货币供应量，美元会升值。另外，一加息提高的美元汇率对经济会有影响，比如，美元升值以后，黄金价格会下跌，大家更愿意持有美元；其他国家的货币会贬值等。

三、美联储加息给市场给人民大众带来的影响有如下几个方面：

1. 美联储加息，存入银行存款会增加，那么市场上用于消费的金额就减少，间接导致我国出口贸易额销量减少；

2. 美联储加息后美元升值，那么货币市场上其他国家货币包括人民币会有短期的贬值，人民币贬值直接导致我国资金加剧外流；

3. 美元升值那么以美元计价的大宗商品价格便会下跌，比如说国外石油价格便会走低，给中国石油价格的调整间接使出反作用力，只得下调；

4. 如果以长期而言，美联储加息过后一定周期后也会进入降息周期，那么届时人民币兑美元就会上涨，人民币等等值外币就会上涨，大量资本也会流入中国。

对于人民群众而言，美联储加息没有很直接的影响，而且由于人民币在外汇市场的价值及重要程度，人民币也不会受很大的贬值影响，加上国家会相应的调整宏观经济政策，所以大可不必忧心。
