GRC是英语Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete 的缩写。美式英语为Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete，缩写为：GFRC,中文是：玻璃纤维增强水泥。人们根据自己语言习惯不同，称它为GFRC，有的称为GRC，其实含义都是一样的。GRC是一种以耐碱玻璃纤维为增强材料、水泥砂浆为基体材料的纤维水泥复合材料，通过造型、纹理、质感与色彩表达设计师想象力的材料。它的突出特点是具有很好的抗拉和抗折强度，以及较好的韧性。市面上见到较多的本色的GGRC的应用在GRC建RC和彩色的GRC，即带饰面的GRC两种。

GRC的应用

筑细部装饰构件，如GRC幕墙板，或称：GRC外墙挂板。GRC园林景观制品，如：GRC雕塑，GRC假山，GRC小品，GRC花钵等。

GRG与GRC的区别：

简单的说呢，GRC是玻璃纤维增强水泥制品，价格相对GRG来说更加大众化，生活中随处可见，公园，家里，办公区；GRG是玻璃纤维增强石膏（而由于GRG材质比较细腻，主要用于室内装饰，如酒店、商业广场、KTV，电影院等）可塑性强是这两种材料的最大特点。
