2、什么是腹式呼吸？该如何练习？

腹式呼吸——既是运动健身的首选 ，更是运动健身的基础！

大家都知道——寿命长的动物，大多是以腹式呼吸为主的，如龟、蛇。龟是用腹部呼吸的，蛇则是用腹部行走，所以它们的寿命都很长。为什么呢？因为腹腔内藏着除心、脑、肺之外的全部脏腑。包括消化系统，造血系统，泌尿系统，生殖系统，内分泌系统，淋巴系统的一部分。并拥有大量血管神经，因此腹腔是非常重要的。

但人类自直立行走后，即以胸式呼吸为主，腹式呼吸便开始退化。这样腹部运动也就减弱了，造成废物易于堆积，大腹便便，全是高热量的东西，而不是高能量的气血，这样就造成一个问题的出现，血流滞缓，严重时腹腔血流放慢直接影响大脑的血液供应，并且由于肠胃蠕动极为缓慢，毒素无法因血液回流及时排出体外，细菌，毒源因此长期留置腹部，结肠癌，大量妇科症，高血压，高血糖等众多慢性疾患困扰不走。
